Plans Overview
Partsemble offers three plans designed to grow with your business. Each tier adds capabilities on top of the previous one, so upgrading unlocks new features without changing how existing ones work.

Maker — $29/month
The Maker plan covers the fundamentals: product management, bills of materials, build execution, and accounting integration. It's designed for small operations where one person manages production and needs to keep BOMs organized and builds tracked.
Includes: 500 product SKUs, 50 builds/month, 1 user, 1 accounting integration.
Pro — $49/month
The Pro plan adds team and quality features. You get multi-user access with role-based permissions, QA review for builds, build assignments, and inventory reservation for planned builds. This tier is for businesses that have a team involved in production and need workflow controls.
Includes: 2,000 product SKUs, 500 builds/month, 10 users, 1 accounting integration. Everything in Maker plus team management, QA review, build assignments, and inventory reservation.
Advanced — $99/month
The Advanced plan adds full inventory control: receiving with lot tracking, FIFO cost calculations, sales tracking with margin analysis, receipt and sales exports, supplier management, and premium support. This is for businesses that want Partsemble to be the source of truth for inventory and production costs.
Includes: Unlimited product SKUs (custom pricing above 10,000), 2,000 builds/month, 200 receipts/month, 500 sales orders/month, 25 users, 2 accounting integrations. Everything in Pro plus receiving, lot tracking, sales sync, margin tracking, and Professional Services for additional integrations.
Usage Limits
Each plan has two types of limits:
Hard caps block you from creating more items when reached. Product SKUs, users, and accounting integrations are hard-capped. You'll see a message indicating you've reached your limit.
Metered usage allows you to exceed the included amount, with overage charges applied to your next invoice. Builds ($0.10/each), receipts ($0.15/each), sales orders ($0.10/each), and additional users ($5.00/month each beyond your included count) are metered. There's a 3-day grace period after first exceeding a limit before charges begin.
A warning appears at 80% of any limit so you have time to adjust.
Trial
New accounts start with a 14-day trial that gives you access to Advanced-level features with Maker-level usage limits. No credit card is required to start. When the trial ends, you choose a plan to continue — your data is preserved regardless of which plan you select.
